Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Axori LLC collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Axori platform. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about our practices.

Who We Are
Axori LLC operates the Axori platform, a real estate investment portfolio management tool available at axori.com. For questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@axori.com.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. This is handled through Clerk, our authentication provider.
Property and Financial Data
The core of Axori is the data you choose to enter — property details, purchase prices, transaction records, loan information, documents, and any other financial information you add to the platform. You own this data. We store it to provide the service.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the platform — which features you use, how frequently, and how you navigate through the product. This is collected through PostHog, our product analytics provider, using a small script that runs in your browser, to help us improve the platform.
Payment Information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed by Stripe. Axori never stores your credit card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe and subject to their privacy practices.
Technical Data
We automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, device information, and session data. This is used for security monitoring and platform reliability.
Cookies
We use session cookies required for authentication. Our analytics provider (PostHog) also stores a cookie on axori.com and a browser-storage entry so it can recognize a returning browser. This identifier does not contain your name, email, or anything you type — it is a random ID.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Axori platform
- Authenticate your identity and secure your account
- Generate property projections, financial analyses, and portfolio metrics
- Send you product updates, account notifications, and support communications
- Analyze usage patterns to improve features and user experience
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Services
Clerk (Authentication)
Handles account creation, login, and session management. Receives your email address and name. Data stored in the United States.
Stripe (Payments)
Processes subscription payments. Receives billing information directly — this data never passes through Axori's systems.
PostHog (Product Analytics)
Tracks how visitors and users interact with our sites to help us improve the product, and captures application errors so we can fix bugs. PostHog runs in your browser and stores a cookie and browser-storage entry on axori.com holding a random identifier. Usage events are associated with that identifier, not with your name or email. Data stored in the United States.
Supabase (Database Hosting)
Your property and financial data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Anonymized usage analytics (PostHog) may be retained longer as they cannot be linked back to individual users.
Your Rights
Access and Portability
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to request a copy in a portable format. Contact privacy@axori.com to make a data export request.
Correction
You can update your account information at any time through your profile settings.
Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. You can close your account through your account settings or by contacting support@axori.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.
Opt-Out of Analytics
You can clear or block the PostHog cookie in your browser settings at any time — the site works fully without it. If you wish to opt out of usage analytics entirely, contact privacy@axori.com.
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Axori does not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact privacy@axori.com.
EEA/UK Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and the right to object to processing. Our legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you (providing the service) and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement). To exercise your GDPR rights, contact privacy@axori.com.
Data Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
- Encryption at rest for stored data
- Access controls limiting which systems and personnel can access data
- Regular security reviews
Children's Privacy
Axori is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us immediately at privacy@axori.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. For significant changes, we may also send an email notification to the address on your account.
